Participants are invited to a 45 - 90 minute virtual leadership development session on the selected leadership capability.
Each session can accommodate up to 16 participants.
Session Approach:
Pre-Course Work
May include survey, reading, assessment, etc.
Leadership Development Session
Overview of topic and deep-dive on key concepts, models, techniques, etc.
Post-Course Work
Additional tools, resources ands assignments to help participants integrate learning in the workplace.

Step 3
participate in your 1:1
Each individual schedules and participates in a 30-minute, virtual 1:1 discussion with the facilitator /coach.
Participants receive a link to schedule their 1:1 meeting and key points to reflect upon prior to the meeting.
Each meeting focuses on the individual leaders:

Personal leadership strengths and opportunities around the focus area.

Key insights on the leadership development focus area.
-
Coaching on how to practice and apply the key concepts covered.
